Who we are

This website is operated by JFE Blagrove, established in the Netherlands. For questions about this notice, write to robertino@blagrove.nl.

What data we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you use the form we receive your name, email address, subject and message. This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personal profiles are built, and data is not used for advertising.
• Server logs. Azure Static Web Apps logs request metadata (IP, user agent, path) for security and diagnostics, retained for a limited period.

Legal basis (GDPR / AVG)

We process contact-form data on the basis of your explicit request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) with IP anonymisation and no cross-site tracking, consistent with guidance from the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Sharing

Contact messages are delivered to the site owner's mailbox via Microsoft Azure. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under the appropriate data-transfer safeguards. We do not sell data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR / AVG you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email robertino@blagrove.nl to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics, which may set first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure unique visits. No advertising or cross-site cookies are set. You can block these via your browser settings.
