Who we are
This website is operated by JFE Blagrove, established in the Netherlands. For questions about this notice, write to robertino@blagrove.nl.
What data we collect
- Direct email. If you email us, we of course receive whatever you choose to send. That data is used only to reply. This site does not operate a contact form.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personal profiles are built, and data is not used for advertising.
- Server logs. Azure Static Web Apps logs request metadata (IP, user agent, path) for security and diagnostics, retained for a limited period.
Legal basis (GDPR / AVG)
Analytics data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) with IP anonymisation and no cross-site tracking, consistent with guidance from the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Sharing
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under the appropriate data-transfer safeguards. We do not sell data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR / AVG you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email robertino@blagrove.nl to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics, which may set first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure unique visits. No advertising or cross-site cookies are set. You can block these via your browser settings.
